Thermoplastic Bearing Units Tapped base Stainless Steel Insert Bearing SUCTB205
SUCTB2 series short leg thermoplastic tapped base pillow block unit, Stainless steel insert bearings,with food grade grease and silicon rubber seal, setscrew locking. Thermoplastic Housings are made in a High-grade glass-filled thermoplastic polyester, which has a high tensile strenth and can operate in temperatures to 102°C.
Housing: Thermoplastic housing(PBT),white, green or black color
Zerk fittings: Stainless steel 304
Insert bearing: Stainless steel 440
Steel ball:Stainless steel 440
Retainer: Stainless steel 201
Seal: Silicon rubber seal
Lubricant: Industrial grease, or Food grade grease
Outer ring with grease groove and holes,at same side of setscrew
With anti-rotation pin at opposite side of setscrew
